What can I do if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?

How can I cancel or modify an order that I've placed?

Once an order has been submitted, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email at s.cairns@apknowhow.com or phone at 01772 770766 to attempt to cancel or change it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Delivering Your Order

All orders are despatched direct from our warehouse within 28 days of receipt of your order.

Why we need the data that is detailed on our promotion label or on our online order form?

We only ask for data that you would expect to provide in order to apply for and receive a Duerr's jam spoon.

Label – we need your name and address in order to send our Duerr's jam spoon to you.

Online – we need your name and address in order to send our Duerr's jam spoon to you. Your email address is required so we can confirm receipt of your order, and your telephone number is required in case we have any query with your order going through our system.

Why do we use Paypal for online orders?

Paypal is used as a secure payment platform for our online orders. You do not have to have a Paypal account to process your payment as you can checkout as a guest. Please see Paypal’s privacy policy here.

What happens with my data?

We use Ainsworth & Parkinson Limited, 14 Sceptre Court, Preston, PR5 6AW, our trusted handling partner for this promotion, to process and despatch applications to our Duerr's jam spoon promotion and they have in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe. They are registered with the ICO and maintain and renew their registration annually.

How long will you keep my data?

Duerr's will not keep your data for longer than is necessary so your data will be removed from our systems and postal applications will be securely destroyed 6 months after processing your initial application. The same timescale will apply if you return an item.
